  • joint and muscle stiffness/tightness

  • anxiety and stress

  • chronic fatigue and ADHD

  • sleep disorders

  • digestive problems

  • gynecological and fertility issues

  • asthma and allergies

  • food cravings and weight loss

  • blood pressure management

Herbal Therapy

The herbal medicines used in traditional Chinese Medicine are the historical ancestors for many of the prescription drugs we use today.  Herbal formulas can be made from whole plants or from parts of plants such as bark, fruit, stem, root or seed.  Herbal medicine is unique in that while it effectively treats symptoms, it does so by also supporting the body overall, reducing the risk of any side effects, and helping to actually repair the body over time.
